Viva Cubanas

On the radio I listened to an analyst describe how he thought the world would react if we closed Guantanamo.  He thought the world would applaud the closing as more than a symbolic change in America’s policy towards treatment of prisoners.  If we indeed return to our avowal of not torturing prisoners, then I think it’s a good idea.

I’ve not understood why we continue to send used cars to Cuba.  We can use the car customers now and I think the airfare to the Cuban Beaches would be less than others.  And I have a couple of Guitars I’d like to get to a more appreciative owner.  So let’s get real with Cuba.  Viva Las Cubanas!
